Terms of ServiceBecause our products are handmade, we can not accepts returns. If you received an order that was defective or damaged or receive the wrong order, we will be more than happy to give you an exchange.
If you change your mind about an order, you must sent an email to email@example.com within 24 hours and it will be cancelled. You will receive a refund as long as it was not shipped (all orders that have been shipped can not be cancelled, refunded or exchanged unless damaged or you received the wrong order).
We are not responsible for damage incurred by USPS, UPS or Federal Express.
